FOR COMMUNITY AGENCIES
Help us reach the community!
We need your help to make sure everyone has an opportunity to tell us about their strengths and needs. Here are two ways your agency can help:
- Promote the survey. Tell your clients about the survey and share the poster throughout your organization. Share information about how they can take it independently online or at community events. Click here to download the poster.
- Host a survey event. Let us come to your agency to run a survey event. We can attend an event you are already hosting or set up a separate session. We will bring everything we need and run the event, including technology and food for your clients! You just need to give us a space and tell your clients about it. Complete the google form here!
What your clients get
- A healthy snack while they fill out the survey (in person events only)
- A body products kit
- A chance to win a $100 gift card – each participating agency gets a raffle for their clients
Extra Perk! More Data for your Agency!
Agencies that participate can receive a customized report about their clients. This report will show what your clients need most and how their different needs connect. Such custom reports usually cost $5,000 – $10,000. Agencies that participate will get them at a reduced cost of $2,000 – $4,000 depending on the complexity.
