We are thrilled to share our 2023-2024 Impact Report, which showcases the many ways we have collectively turned compassion into action, creating lasting change for our friends and neighbours in need.

From supporting families and empowering children and youth, to uplifting adults and seniors, every statistic and story reflects the profound impact of working united in ACTION.
This report is set against the backdrop of challenging economic times. Many families and individuals across Halton and Hamilton are struggling to put food on the table and keep a roof over their heads. Some of our friends and neighbours are also facing mental health challenges, substance use disorders and isolation.
Thanks to the incredible generosity of donors like you, $12.5 million was raised for our community. This is a historic millstone! These funds will be reinvested into programs that bring relief to our community’s most vulnerable neighbours.
When our neighbours and friends need help, they often require support from multiple programs to address their complex needs. This is what we call the network of support. We understand that it takes a village to support a community. We serve as the backbone of a network of support, bringing together agency experts, knowledgeable community members, and donors like you who contribute to capacity building, leadership development, and collective action.
Because of you, individuals and families can become economically independent, access affordable goods and services, and develop skills to prepare for a better future.
